This attached letter is to be distributed to grade 9 students prior to the end of the school year. It serves as a reminder to students/parents to review their immunization records to ensure students are up to date with all provincially recommended vaccines for their age. This letter encourages students who require immunizations to see their physician, pharmacist, or make an appointment with public health. Students booking appointments with public health will be accommodated as per usual clinic booking practices.
